We are hiring a Purchasing Manager at UBC Group Canada, located in Mississauga, ON. This is a full-time, in-office position.

About the Role

You will be the primary purchasing professional for our company, managing the full procurement cycle — from planning and supplier communication to international inbound logistics.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute purchasing activities based on inventory levels and sales demand
• Source, negotiate with, and manage supplier relationships
• Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely completion of transactions
• Manage inbound international shipping and customs coordination
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively address supply gaps
• Support continuous improvement of purchasing processes and procedures

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
• Post-secondary education or professional training in supply chain, business, or a related field
• Exceptional organizational skills, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Russian language skills are a strong asset
• Experience in the beer, beverage, or food & beverage industry is a strong asset
